Cosmo Oliva Snr., the cornerstone and founding father of Oliva Homes, was born in a small town on the Amalfi Coast. His admiration for design and architecture led him to develop a long and reputation-driven career in the building industry. Founded on a love of working with his hands, Cosmo became a visionary operating well-ahead of his time in the delivery of stunning custom residential designs.
Today, Cosmo Oliva Jnr. continues his family’s extraordinary history in crafting supreme-quality luxury residential homes. By just 21 years of age, Cosmo had become one of Australia’s youngest-ever licensed builders and began supervising complex architectural projects by his mid-20s.
Inherent in Cosmo’s building practice is relentless quality, partnerships with the most exemplary local trades and specialist Australian/international suppliers, and a keen eye for detail in his work.
